Husband ordered enchilada ranchero and loved them. I ordered the Ceaser salad. Great food. They normally only take reservations for 6 or more people but when I called the hostess took my name. When we got here, we were immediately seated. If you have a large group make reservations. This place is packed even on a Thursday night
Best salsa ever. We love Cesar, such a great server. We've been here twice, we now make a point to come here for dinner each time we pass through Palm Desert -

I'm mean when it comes to Mexican food. This place was good. The rice was clean and fluffy with good flavor. Refried beans were perfect (guessing the used bacon grease, tasty). I asked if they could do Camarones diablo (basically really spicy shrimp). The kitchen said yes, even though IT'S not on the menu! OMG! They nailed it. Great California beers on tap, and margheritas that rock! Winning location! I was sceptical but left happy and full.

I don't know how this place keeps getting five star reviews. there is so many better Mexican restaurants in the local area and this has got to be the worst not just in the valley but in southern California. I'd rather go to Taco Bell. Beans are chalky. The taco had some weird sauce on it. Cheese was not melted in the enchilada. Margaritas were nothing to write home about.

When it comes to a Mexican restaurant I usually judge them by thier carnitas plate. If you can create a crisp outside with a tender inside and complimented by a savory taste.....hmmhmmm. We were pleasantly greeted and requested the patio since we had our pups with us. Nice patio and it could probably seat 20.
Tasty complimentary chips and salsa were very good. Light and perfectly salted! Our carnitas plate was perfectly cooked and so savory. Rice and beans tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned.
We complimented the meal with bloody marys. I got to say this was one of the best bm's I've ever had. I highly reccomend this restaurant you wont be disappointed!
